Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for services provided by TechyBizz.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting TechyBizz through our official communication channels.

2. Eligibility for Refund

If cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, TechyBizz may approve the cancellation. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, the service may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Charges will apply for work already completed, consultation time, planning, research, or other resources used.

4. Ongoing Monthly Services

For recurring services such as:

* Managed IT Support
* Website Maintenance
* SEO Services
* Digital Marketing
* Social Media Management
* Cloud Services

Clients may cancel by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. The cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period, and no further recurring charges will be applied.

5. Project-Based Services

For fixed-price projects such as website development or custom IT solutions:

* Cancellation after project initiation may require payment for completed milestones.
* Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, access credentials, or timely responses do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

7. Right to Cancel by TechyBizz

TechyBizz reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if:

* Payment obligations are not met.
* Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
* The client violates applicable laws or our Terms of Service.
* Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior is directed toward our staff.
